Did you know that our hero company pays bigger commissions to people that generate leads than they pay their own advisors for fitting and selling. When an agent produces his own leads he gets nothing extra. When these people produce a lead they get £££££s and 30% on web blinds. Am I missing out on something here. Dont beleive me? The way I see it is that if you sign up for this then pass your self generated laeds on to clg via e mail instead of booking them in yourself you will get paid a commission.

But would you get the appointment, or would it go to the newbie who has just started down the road from you.
They reckon it cost about £55 per lead in this area, order or no-order. So if we average a 60% conversion rate that would mean each order has cost about £90 for the advertising.
Each self-gen order we put in costs Sillarys nothing, i.e. saving them £90 each time.

but that will never happen,hillarys want it all their own way,how a company has changed since tony hillary left lets live in the past then geezer i support good changes but there has not been any good changes at all for advisors,and after the disclosure about clg and their bonus's it does undervalue the great efforts that advisors go to for this company with little respect or reward for said people, yet again the advisor loose's out no wonder so many have left |

Please tell me it isn't true that with the new headrails (verts) that they are individually boxed along WITH the stabilizing chain for the louvres?
FFS, i make up the louvres with chain and hangers at home before going to the customer . This makes for a more professional and quicker installation.
If i'm to OPEN the headrail packs just to get the chains etc out then i'm doing MORE work than previously - and for no extra pay .
Do sillary's not realize that the competition send out louvres ALREADY chained and hangers in position?
Madness has hit sillary's once again , and just before the Xmas rush too ! Total Anchors!
