You don't have to justify yourself on here.
Those that know and are willing to shed the misguided cloak that Hillary's cover their agents with fully agree with your figures.
We know that you will be doing them a lot cheaper than Hillary's do and yet your profit margin is in comparison, massive.
It just goes to show how much Hillary's are really making and how little they deem their adviser network worth. A measly 15% to run your life for you. Is that what your life is worth? Is that what your family life is worth? 15% of a dwindling income?
There are many ex advisers that got together and prospered without Hillary's.
True, times are a little tougher but I would rather fit 2 orders for £300 profit than 10 orders and 15 knock backs for just £200 with all the stress that goes with it.
And what the hell is all that adjusting cords on site malarkey? Do they think you are all kids? Pin money, thats what it is, or work 24/7 and never have a life or end up in hospital with a stress related illness like so many long term agents have.

I agree clangers, £8k profit in a month, gross or net? or just banked 8K more than spent theres a big difference in all 3 I's try to keep it simple for ye. 8K was my profit for april after all blind costs, ads costs, petrol costs etc etc. I's still have to pay tax and vat on that amount but nothing else as mortgage, bills etc paid from commish from sillarys. Its all sweet cakes sweety  I have a good accountant who knows the deal, i am sel-employed innit and i pays me taxes.  Peeps, if anyone is thinking of starting blinds or being entrepernerial with sillarys, here is me takings for 2008 month by month, not including sillarys Jan=£12,499 costs=£7460 Feb=£12,403 costs=£7067 mar=£11444 costs =£6502 april=£20789 costs =£11765 may=£9910 costs =£6379 june=£14680 costs=£8845 july=£12487 costs=£7863 aug=£6087 costs=£3478 sept=£19064 cost=£12296 oct=£14065 costs=£7309 nov=£9563 costs=£5436 dec=£10835 costs=£5976 I aint got nothin to hide, this is me keeping it real, don't forgets I have to do sillarys as well so i's a busy bee and i know I could get me costs down, but i have to buy all blinds in. any comments about how to improve profo would be appreciated. laters jokers I do not Know BRIAN - But those figures are REAL ! That indeed IS the profit levels expected ! I can only suggest that by the AMOUNTS , Our Friend BRIAN is a Southerner ! |

Not everyone wants to be a dishonest SOB, most people simply want a fair days pay for a fair days work, Hillarys provide that for me and gave me a living when I needed one following redundancy in the last recession. I hope Hillarys throw the book at you and prosecute when they catch you pal (which they will)

If it's all so easy how come Independants a going out of business left right and centre have you seen the number of apollo franchises failing and going under, it's carnage out there and without a strong company like Hillarys behind you buying your leads for your dirty double deals you'd be well in trouble M8 !! Hillarys will be here supporting honest Agents on the other side of the recession while you'll be out on your own wondering what hit you !! With all the facts & figs Big H have available to them I can't see how they wouldn't have caught you yet. I got a snotty call from my FSM last week insinuation I was misusing leads and quoting all sorts of numbers (as they do)
I'm pretty sure "Brian" is taking the fat cakes for himself so his average order will be low ! God do I have to tell Big H how to catch this thief. I should be a FSM and drive a nice new car
Aye, and Uncle Brian is deffo a Southerner, cos nobody is trading that well around here. The "big" companys are struggleing like a 12 pound cod

I'm a full time adviser for Hillary's, (not double dealing) and I am turning over quite easily those monthly sales. I think to many get trapped in their own worlds and find it hard to believe what others get up to, but why that makes them so angry and vehement I don't know. Do they feel threatened? Either there is a deep disappointment in their own accomplishments and a regret of lost opportunities, which is seen as failure. Or they are genuinely blind to what others can achieve (by what ever means) rightly or wrongly. I think that the level of anger to wards Brian, shown by some is unjustified. Its either falsely portrayed to try and protect what they see as their territory (scared others may do as Brian and that their business will suffer). Or they are completely deluded to reality themselves. I am against Brian and his tone annoys me, but really, come clean and justify your over reactions. What are you hiding? |
