Is This Stealing ?
Say for Example , You have been A HILLARYs AGENT for 5 years .
Every Job you did , you left a invoice/reciept with the Customer . On that piece of paper HILLARYs printed YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.
Time has passed , You Left HILLARYs and like a good Boy/Girl Stayed away from the BLINDS industry for a Year and a Day .
You Then Set up and Traded YOUR OWN Blinds Company .
You Then Get INCOMING Calls from the PREVIOUS Hillarious Customers to make appointments to SELL more Blinds .
You Explain you are now ********* Blinds Co Ltd!
You Go Along and sell Blinds to this Person.
This is Happening 3 times a week !
Now - The Question i beg of you ------ Is this STEALING from HILLARYs Blinds?

No its not. Its called freedom of choice.
Customer still has the freedom of choosing to go with you or to go back to original vendor. Customers have the final decision.

This example, as I suspect you well know, is definitely NOT stealing.
The other example, as I suspect you also know, whereby your employer pays for advertising and feeds you the leads - and YOU then supply the product with the income going to your account only, definitely IS stealing. In fact, downright FRAUD.
I hope anyone doing this is caught and dealt with in the most severe terms available, without certain dumplins (sorry deluded idiots) having their cake and eatin' it - innit Brian!

Peeps, I refer you to an earlier post of mine that throws up the same dilema. Here as you can see sillarys have already lost the sale, so how can you steal from them , something they don't have?
I knocked 20% off woodens and watched customers jaw drop to ground when I said £945.
"I've got a price half that she said". £450.
Then came my dilema, what do I do. If I walk away I have nothing. I did not feel comfortable telling the customer that Hillarys woodens are better, as those of us who know, are aware that they are the same as cheaper others, that would be deceiving them. "Well Hillarys is the largest blind manufacturer you get good service" is not worth £495 extra and an ear bashing from fsm for heavy discounting,
Let competitor get sale or loose sale or get £175, you decide.
Or is there another way? Vote in the poll in the thread "leaving" "what would you do?"

You are only in the woman's house as a direct result of Hillary's efforts. You are DOUBLE DEALING - I don't care how you paint it, Hillary's trade under 5 different names, the customer has saved money, Uncle Brian's mini peeps must eat cake tomorrow etc. etc .etc etc. - IT'S FRAUD!!!!
I wouldn't expect to walk into a Citroen Dealership and have some tw#t trying to sell me a BMW!
Get out of Hillary's totally and give us peace...........

Just a quicky peeps before d fsm gets on to me Took a beauty over weekend. Sillarys price £1100 and that was half price  my price £750  . So who gets order, moi Plus I get twice as much as sillarys guy would of. cake cake. ;D I wish he had showed me quote before I gave him price then could of made more. I am wondering - Has the Budget done anything to hepl or hinder us in the blinds business . The extra duty on fuel is a s0d ! But hey . I can scrap my Car now ! Of course i'll need a loan to buy a NEW One ! MMMMmmmmm wasn't that the 'credit' thing that got us in this 5h1t anyway??? Long live labour government ! LOL |

"Don't discount, don't discount, you must not discount," when all the ads make the cust think we got cheap blinds and then they get the price and we ain't, what else is there to do You can't have it both ways, 50% off and sell at double everyone else And whats this dress smart, shirt and tie, my ar*e. Not only is he not liked here but my source says it was not that long ago that he was answering phones at sillarys. give someone a little authority they go power mad and lose all sense of reality, why can't we concentrate on what really matters and what we have all been harping on about for years. When will sillarys actually realise they are driving people to double deal and do something to keep good advisors instead of getting people that cause more trouble than they are worth and leaving me and thee to clean up after them, and the comp to clean up as well. WELL NO MORE, I say I am the comp as well and I'll keep having a slice of that. (as well as the sillarys, benifits small that they are.) 3 years + DD and still going strong,  |
