Has anyone else noticed these words on their Vodafone bill?
"Your calls may be monitored/ recorded for training purposes"
Am I the only one that thinks this is un-ethical, possibly an intrusion of privacy, and slightly sinister?
Surely there should be a law against this type of thing.

Hey Dibs. It only means that when you call Vodaphone they will monitor your calls. It does,nt mean they will monitor all your personal calls. Mind you, with the way this country is going I wouldn't be surprised if they do. But who is monitoring the monitors?

Ok
I thought it was something to do with Sillarys, I seem to remember words to that effect on the original Sam contract too, I'll have to look it up.

All mobile phone calls are monitored anyway, by the government in their complex in Cheltenham
