Had appt booked today . Note states ''going to another property', so what would you think ?
Is customer planning to move ? Just wants to see some samples ? Is customer wanting price for a future home ? The mind boggles !
Anyhow , i arrived at this old chap's house , and i see the 'sold' board up outside.
When i get in , he indicates that he is moving soon and wants his new house meausured up .
So far so good .
He puts coat on and i follow - I say ''shall i follow you''? i mean of course follow him in his own car to the building site!
No such luck - He says ''i do not drive'' , and then he gets in MY car!
I am shocked! Well i drive off with him . 3 miles to new house . On the way he tells me CLG have arranged all this !
What a Cheek !!!!!!
I Measure up all 8 windows . and he orders 4 Verts .
Then , i have to take him back home again.
Two things here to think about ........
1) What payment to i get as a Taxi?
2) How dare Hillary's suggest to customer that an advisor can take him/her in thier car ? What about Insurance if accident occurs?
Hillary's are well out of order again .
Has this happened to you?
