Christmas is a coming the goose is getting fat Hillarys says I'll have some of that The adverts are booked the telly is loaded the time is right for it to be exploded advisors wait for those leads to come up 50% is said by some we have the time to accommodate but they don't come at the expected rate why is this we all are saying cause there are too many advisors playing the number of leads may be increasing but so are the number of advisors needing so each must cope with a little less unless they are a specialist the moral to this little tale STUFF THE DISCOUNT GET THE SALE  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

Well so far the goose isn't getting fat but a few weeks to go, got a full diary next week but the new guy has got a lot of fitting to do and has cancelled his sales appointments for all next week, Hillarys will not be pleased, feel sorry for him, he has had to lay out £1000 to get started and says he is losing confidence as he has made a lot of mistakes, still that's the nature of the Hillarys BEAST, what's the three easy steps then Brian

Silly sillarys are taking sales appt's booked for week plus ahead and re-scheduling them with OTHER advisors for faster turn around.

Have been phoning previous customers and booked self generated appointments, but according to FSM that influence conversion rate and that is no good. I had about 5 customers that phoned in and asked to be booked in with me, but was booked with another advisor. so I always book self generated leads on my own, conversion rate low or not! |

What a load of tosh your fsm is feeding you. Your self gen leads enhance your conversion rate, not the other way round. If you got one lead and one self gen and both were sales then it would show up as 200% conversion rate. Leads are down because of fsm,s in order to get their 4 day lead bonus have taken on more and more advisors and now advisors are all struggling with the low amount of leads coming in. Merry bloody Christmas God helpus in the time after Christmas if its this bad now. |

I am not saying that I am out, but if you have a family to feed, you think twice!! Obviously I will be looking for any alternative or just find a new direction! The problem is that I really enjoy what I am doing and that is what it makes it so difficult to look for something else!! Well. a damn boring Christmas to look forward to! |

Your leads are yours. get some books get some paperwork, get some customers, you can build on that after a bit. sillybillys do the same to you, there is seryarse money to be made, this is no jokes

Your self gen leads are yours, Wilson blinds, Keeley blinds ( might be spelt Keighley) all use Arena (Hillarys) and use the same names on the fabric. Web blinds use different names but same product. All have a faster turnaround usally 5 days.
All are about 75% cheaper than Hillarys.
So if Hillarys are not giving you lots of leads, take YOUR customers else where!
You to can have a good Christmas.
