l do not know what area you come from, but in the south it use to be Nigel Bolton, ( Regional Manager), or go straight in at the top and e-mail big JR (The Boss)

I wasn't making a direct attack Herticus just pointing out that we are in a very privilged position of being supplied most of the time with quality leads. Yes ok sometimes it goes wrong but that's life all these forums do i bring is bring out the worst of people moaning with there lot, I can honestly say that reading and posting on this forum and the other one in three years I have gained 1 tip on fitting roofblinds that advisor Russell showed me. I made a very positive post on friday after having a good week of sales and fitting and didn't get one reply!!!!If I post about slagging the company off I will get untold replies!!!!think its time to drop these negative boards and I hope you all enjoy the benefits of this forum and the inner forum that no-one apart from the priviliged few can access. So all you secret squirrels bon voyage I have better things to do with my time...... WTF has this got to do with the original post ?   |

Anyone know who to contact in authority above a fsm's head, mine will not return calls or e-mails, not speaking to me for some reason normally thats the way I like it, never mind Dependant on your area I would email your fsm and cc it to your rsm always works. |

Should have made my first post a bit clearer! Nice to be called "Learned". I knew my degree would count for something in the end!!!!  Have only ever emailed JR when all other avenues have been exhausted and always copy FSM etc so they're aware that it's gone further! Russell, attempted a teacher/governor bbq last night at Eddie's school! Never been so wet in my life apart from swimming! The heavens opened on our burgers and sausages and I was left to rescue the food without an umberella, ella, ella,.........got the sniffles today!!! What a difference the day makes tho............the sun is shining brilliantly here, and really hot! What's it like on fraggle rock? K ;D |
