bad month july, good so far this month . + the third person they employed in this area since I finished has now quit . Looking forward to hearing all about the problems that the new one will leave behind ! I don't mind, I'm picking up all the loose business plus my own repeat customers too. It does show you that the hillarys machine have more leaving than joining. even had the last guy ring me for a job ! same here mate they come they mess up they go i fly under the radar do my own thing 1 for them 1 for me sorted f,s,m phones me once in a while askin why conversions only 40 per cent give him some bull hes squared away the loser |

Hey peeps heres another "jackonory" for you I love this job like a fat kid loves cake I love my local adviser, took 2 orders from him all wood, he got no chance. first he quotes £190 for 2 woods me = £88 (i know i need to put my prices up) I still make double what he would of got commission. second, his price £1200 mine £700 sweet £325 clear profit This is jokes, I love it! On the first appointment I had to get out quick as he was coming to give a qoute any minute, cust that happy she gave me a deposit before even he qouted, deposit always covers costs. If life is so great why not leave hillarys altogether and start your own business, printing your own flyers, paying for your own advertising, sorting out all of your own VAT and tax... I'm sure that the other advisors working in your area are well impressed that you're taking their leads and selling them your blinds from God knows where. I expect the quality is fantastic! :/

If you market your business properly, then you'll get far more return for the money paid out to get it! I'm afraid you are very blinkered to think that Silliards is the only way forward! One day they will turn on you. It is just a matter of time! I know of one husband & wife team that brown-nose every FSM they meet. They always appear to be running around like headless chickens chasing a pathetic 14.68% commission. They are just too stupid to realise that they could have a better life for themselves without all the time wasting they put into the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having said that though, I'd point out that unless you already have built up your own business, you will find it very tough to make a go of it now in the current climate. Thankfully, I got out at the right time. Sillarys would find it very hard to get someone like me to fold!!!!! They can discount all they want, but it won't make any difference to me, but WILL affect their dwindling bank balance! |

peeps, boastful bri here, hows you all doing. things are great here, got 3 appoints today with sillarys and one over the way for me. but you know i'm going to even out that score . just love new advisers they bring in great bussyness for me it takes them ages to get the hang and i sweep up, mind you you have to be in touch. theres a right pratt in this area who should know better and should be got rid off (i know what you thinking NO it aint me  ) but he let a 2500 order go through poor service not following up, rushing appoint, and then she phones sillarys wanting to go ahead and still nothing, luckily she dug out my number from an old order, why did 'nt i get lead in first place , but glad i did not as i could get it down to £2000 for her and make a quick £900 profit. sillarys just giving money away cus some advisers are jokers and dfs m's are ametures what is there probs. i could save them thousands,in 2 ways one of which is give up DD boom boom ;D i read whats on here for a few years and if sillarys did they would sort it, but someone up there aint got a clue. fitting 1 small "INTU" today on door as well £37 profo for one blind in and out in 10mins jokes. oh and that was a sillarys guy as well before. he walked away as job to small  . which i guess if you ain't got the touch it is not worth it. the trick my buds is to make it worth it, it ain't hard anyways thats me signing out for now, i may have given some clues, if so do your job and get it sorted, buts i don't think so, i'm untouchable and the only moves made are bye me. heres another draw a line down the centre of uk and i'm on the left  |

Well peeps all goes to plan today 100% convertion, only sillarys will have me down as 66% . Still dfs m says thats good rate  still they do there best, just to bad it aint good enough. So a sweet result all round today everyones happy, but I'm the most happy. ;D |
