Don't you just hate it when you get one of those snotty letters telling you which customers still owe money.
Like its our fault!
All my overdue accounts are due to incredible ignorance on the part of service support, "computer says no". (Why is it, that it takes nigh on 15 Min's to give a simple dor?) Or astounding incompetence my manufacturing staff and the people that are mismanaging them.
While I'm having a little rant, the last two FSM's I have had the "non" privilege to have overruling my area, could be described as having the same traits as in the previous paragraph, and have done more damage than good to my area and my business. I'd love to go into specifics, but I'll save that for another day.

What makes it worse is when a awnlng ( at least 1300.00) is fitted the customer cannot pay the fitters on the day and sometimes it takes weeks for a invoice to be raised ,yet if I cant fit a 60.00 roller for 8 weeks for any reason I am chased
