I have pleated tab blind to fit into a non velux skylight. It does not have the 2 small plastic feet that fit to the bottom of the frame for the corded part to attach it to. I have phoned the service centre 3 times now and explained what part is needed, and each time they have sent me something totaly different. Does any one know the correct name or part no for the above mentioned pieces.

According to the Advisor Manual it is simply called a "shoe". There is no part number mentioned

I think the term they use up there is retaining bracket, but go through to specialist products rather than service support - they will know what you're talking about. And get extra in both white and mink, as they're often missing

Has anyone not had their commission statement this week as mines not turned up mines been late the last two weeks. and surprisingly, given how quiet the business is, its been light of a few quid as well! amazing how when things are quiet the pay outs slow down, wouldn't it be great if production took advantage of the quiet period to ensure what is made is 100%, then costs would be kept down for everyone, rather than rush them out quicker than ever in the hope it'll be busy again next week!

Mine is also missing! Is there not a postal strike again, remember seeing something about it on Hillarys advisors forum
