getting them to locate at the front, its only been the last couple of jobs and also seem to be a bit flimsier. |

As I said specialist, the brackets I used were fine, and please it's noggins not nobbins ;D Oh sorry Nobbins thought you were having the problem .The quality of all products I fear is on the slide we are now at the low end of market quality Doh!! In my opinon/experience I have not found the quality of the products supplied by Hillarys less than perfect, if anything is wrong however, then they are happy to replace them and I have to say I have not had many occasions to do this. I'm not saying Hillarys are perfect but if we find anything wrong with the blinds we receive including brackets/fixings then the only way forward it to feed this back constructively to Hillarys asking them to look into any particular issue and request feedback. regards |
