Anybody else received the latest Sales Talk Magazine ? There is a picture (front page, bottom right) of what look like vertical blinds but very wide fabrics which, from looking at the fitting position, seem to pull back but not turn. They look like a cross breed between curtains and vertical blinds.
It looks an interesting concept as a minimalist solution, particularly for very wide patio doors, but I can also see potential use as room dividers. Does anyone know anything about this product, and why would they put a picture in the magazine without any explanation ?

Does anyone know anything about this product, and why would they put a picture in the magazine without any explanation ? They are called panel blinds and have been around a few years now. They do exactly what you say, ie, room dividers and patio door coverings. They are not that popular and I only came across one around 6 months ago.The customer wanted them out and verticals in. He bought them from IKEA and thought they were a good idea at the time. Don't know why he changed his mind because they looked OK to me. Jet black and covering a patio.
