Anyone had the pleasure of the latest 'team meetings'? What delights are on the agenda this time. Must be some changes afoot - my FSM has been spending a lot of time at HO recently.

Wonder what the latest plot is to make the job harder for us?

Seperate days for appointments and fits.
No more than 2 appointments per time slot.
New bags.
Dedicated person at service support.
Pushing new sam.
Company shirts etc
Performance charts etc.

Came Across my (ex) FSM today. Driving his Kidz around in his mazda 5 company car mid-morning.

I tell you those FSM's hardly ever work for Hillary's - it's them that duel trade .

I believe it's know as 'wagging' LOL

I've heard that Hillbillies are going down the Double Glazing - High pressure sales calls! - That's why you are having fewer calls per slot!

I hope they do - coz I'll make an even bigger profit from all those customers after they have thrown you lot out!

I made £1200 profit on a slow week this week - and with more business coming from Sillybillies I'll not have to worry any more!!!

They might think there cracking down on dual trading peeps, but they would lose 40% of advisers. they might give a few the push to set an exaple, then the'll be left with the old men and the scardy cats, and the housewifes. anyway does that mean they are going to terminate themselves then because they are the ones dual tradeing. get your own leads in, i can do one call a day and make as much profit, its jokes. the simple truth is you work less than half as hard for at least twice as much. you have more than double the range, can sell it at a lot less than sillarys and make double. I know if sillarys have beeen in before me its a definete sale, i love it. leading blind company , they don't do halve the stuff i do. getting perfict fit 2 years after everyone else, jokes. "intu" is the better system anyway. sillaarys are going to train me for panel blinds soon...i'll have to pretend i don't know how to do them even though i've done them for a year
there biggest prob is there bloody incompitent, fsm i never see him-her, get the trade mag read the forums and wake up to reality,
