Interesting observation about the latest "update"
On the one hand they are telling us to make ourselves available for more appointments, (which they generally don't fill anyway).
Then in the next item we are told they can't cope with Roman production. Perhaps they should heed some of their own advise and work evenings and weekends!!!!!!
