I hate Hillarys because..

Why is it you can phone up with the simplest of dor's and it takes 15mins (at least) to get the job done.

I can't remember a time when the process has been swift and efficient!

Either the computer system is totally incapable of doing the job its supposed too, or those operating it are inefficient.

I'm fed up with hearing,

"tut, I've got to go back to the other screen"
"The computer seems really slow today" (only everyday I seem to phone.)
"There doesn't seem to be a code for that" (eerrrrrrr WHY! its a common fault)
"Hang on a minute while I check that"

All this and more, on my time, trying to sort out a problem that was not my doing in the first place!

It is so frustrating, and never seems to get better.

I lose Hillarys sales, because they don,t do 5" louvres in the nice fabrics, everyone else does nearly everything in both sizes.
Sometimes the customer just wants that size no matter what.

I hate sillarys because their blackout rollers are 3 times the price of anyone elses,,,,,,, and why???

Also why don't they put shapes on the blackouts, everyone else can.
