Reading through the trade mag, as you do, and found an interesting comment by the managing director of luxaflex.
He was asked..
"If you could change one thing about the industry what would it be?"
He replied..
"The impact of cheap, ready made imports which can devalue products within the UK market and effect the consumers' view on window coverings"
I guess especially if the retailer trys to fob them off as made to measure blinds. I wonder if he's having a dig at our verticals/wood weave/wood venetians etc.
How refreshing, I wonder what JR's opinion would be....I guess we already know that, though, sadly.
