You don't need to leave hong kong hillburys to do well. i sold a £45 quid roller in a en-suit yesterday thats £22 for me I thank you ;D I love the d-8 it wins me no end of sales, as soon as i get the sample out with a bit of history, and bracket bending they always buy mine  How can you sell these with any confidece, we all know we are ripping the customer off, 1st rule of fight club have confidencs in your product, take pride in selling it. sillarys have the biggest set of unhappy demotavated salesmen in its history! and the jokes is they are doing nothing about it. |

Fitted more D8's last week . (the LAST ones i'll ever do - Thankfully! ) They took far too long to fit . The noise they make is fantastic!
The Verticals i sell now are so much better . The headrail is so smooth ! The louvres are supplied with wieght and chain (and hangers) alraedy fitted . Plus for every blind , one extra louvre as a spare . ( great idea) . And i earn REAL Money.
Won an order for 24 Verts today . Charged at £2300 to Customer . I will earn £1000 out of that !
Sillarys just can't compete . can they ?

Well after a few months i thought i'd come online and see how you're all getting on........ I see Brians still boasting about how much money he's making by double dealing and is it me or is his spelling getting worse!!!! The 2 ladies from the South (thats Karen and Russell.....well he seems like an old woman anyway) are still defending Hillarys for dear life..... Why?  ? And motivation still seems at an all time low. As for myself ( i know you're interested)...well 6 months after leaving i still get e-mails from my FSM giving me all sorts of info...good job i'm not working for a competitor!!! The last one from him was giving me advice on coping with the increase in leads i can expect due to the latest advertising campaign. Apparently i am to be available every day over Christmas except the day itself plus boxing day and new years day!! Also even though the current advert promises pre-xmas fitting I am to try and encourage the customers to have a January fit. If I was a competitor I'd be laughing my socks off now The only way i can see Hillarys fulfilling this pre-xmas thing is to spread the load ie take on even more advisors. So If I was still unfortunate to be an advisor i would be doing a couple of calls during Christmas week not able to go anywhere just in case i'm thrown a crumb or two...and all for a massive 14%!!!! It's laughable....very sad but laughable......go on then ladies...tell me i'm wrong Anyway happy Christmas to you all......and a hapie crismass to yuu Brian |

The Sillarys marketing machine has badly estimated the pre-xmas trade . As you have noticed the only way they are able , is to spread leads very thinly amongst a wide variety of advisors .
Each of those will be suffering a downturn , and having a poor xmas commission wise!
They are so desperate that the new spin is - Order your blinds by 15th December , and if they are NOT fitted on time , they'll be yours FREE! - OMG just who dreamt that up!

Wow! where did that free stuff come from? I havn't been told of that gem. And if they are to be free to the customer, presumably the agent won't get paid. Do they reallly think we are going to fit them for free? Idiots.
