Suit yourselves peeps, but it ain't that hard really. all blinds are quarnteed for a year, suppliers quick to sort probs free, in fact a whole differebnt world to the inefishency at hong kong hilly billys.
Still what ever works for you.
I just get dessip off with them for the deception, now i know what its really like, and theres no way back, I'll not half my loot.

Agreed Brian , I have decided to part company from hong Kong sillarys .

I have a blind supplier who will support me financially during start up , field support , free samples and Marketing.

All this and about 40% profit.

The penny dropped some time ago , and with the event of noisy , cheap, D8 Headrails . Which incidentally fall off from the top fix clips ! Now IS the time to make a Move .

I also have found a supplier matching nearly all the hillbury fabrics . this way i can go on to help my 'old' customer base with less expensive blinds that offer ......Much better UK built, Made to measure (quiet) headrails , matching fabrics , Longer warranty .....at a cheaper price ......And more importantly i earn FAR more!
